We are specialist construction contract claims and commercial consultants, with over 25 years experience, who, for the most part, are engaged in debt recovery of contractual monies for insolvency practitioners and, from time to time, live companies. 

Our specialism differs substantially to the ordinary collection of liquidated and undisputed debts, which do not involve a contractual dispute, although of course we are happy to undertake that too. 

Our team are experienced QS’s with a heightened knowledge of contract, commercial and company law, and the major forms of standard contract, their derivatives and bespoke alternatives.
